We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented 2nd/Sous Chef to join a private 100m + dual season vessel.
- Exciting opportunity to join a great team and amazing programme
- 2:2 rotation, starting at the end of August
- You will mainly be assisting the Head Chef with guest prep and overseeing the 3rd Chef with crew food so you will need to be proficient with crew food!
- The owners like simple food made to a good standard, there is no fine-dining so if you're looking to do plated, high-end style, this might not be for you.
- It is a close-knit galley with some very talented chefs onboard!
- Ideally you will have experience on similar size vessels, a restaurant background and culinary training prior to yachting is also desirable.
- B1B2 visa in hand is preferred.
- Lovely owners and crew onboard, with many HODs having been with the program since the build.
