Yacht Size: 55m+ M/Y
Start Date: Mid-October or Sooner
Leave: Rotation 2:2
Compensation: €5000+ Euros DOE
Qualifications: OOW 3000 COC
Visa Requirements: B1/B2
Location: Europe (Dual Season)
Yacht & Crew Profile
- Prestigious 55m+ yacht with excellent Captains / HOD’s
- Winter cruising to include Caribbean/USA with potential to cruise further in the future – Yacht is currently located in Europe
- Crew are healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Emphasis on crew fitness related activities and use of the toys/tenders and facilities onboard the yacht
- Generous owners who look after the crew well, with good stability and longevity across all departments and a healthy bonus structure of up to 25% of annual salary as a bonus at the end of the year (Performance based)
- Steady owner usage with a good rotation of guests and a variety of operations
Role Requirements
- OOW 3000 COC
- Open to a newly qualified OOW 3000 with yacht experience – 1 season’s experience in an officer capacity would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience instructing wind related watersports would be hugely advantageous - Wind surfing, wing foiling, kite surfing etc
- Confident leading a small team and happy to assist on deck when not in the bridge. Previous navigational experience would be advantageous
