Yacht & Crew Profile

• Prestigious 75m+ Busy Private/Charter yacht are looking for an experienced 2^nd officer to join them end of October – Mid November
• Winter will be spent in Europe (historically dual season – Med/Caribbean) gearing up for another busy Med Summer of 2027 with some yard works during this Winter period
• Incredible crew dynamic/environment with amazing longevity and a yacht we have worked with for 5+ years as a client and made multiple placements with over the years
• They are looking for a solid 2^nd officer who can hit the ground running, confident with navigation, solid leadership experience and someone who will take control of their position and be a solid support to the chief officer
• Med cruising 2027 – this yacht is fast paced with up to 10 weeks of charter during the Summer! You need to be able to think on your toes
• Amazing crew facilities, great crew gym and a sporty, active team onboard – if you have interests in golf, you’d definitely fit in! It’s very tight knit crew with a very happy work/life environment.
• Supportive chief officer and Captains with lovely owner who uses the yacht around chartering  
• Salary 5500 Euros, 2:2 rotation, performance-based 13^th month bonus, training support and an equal split of tips – more details to be discussed during briefing calls

Role Requirements

• OOW 3000 COC
• Minimum of 1 year as 2^nd officer on 60m plus yacht
• Strong navigational experience, good leadership skills and confident in all deck aspects – they expect their officers to be present on deck during charters
• Looking for someone who has pride in their work, keen to progress and shows interests in continuing to learn!
