- Prestigious 65m private M/Y
- Currently in the Caribbean and the Med for the summer season
- Crew are healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Often have some downtime to go running, fishing, and play golf
- Generous owners who look after the crew well, with good stability and longevity across all departments
- Good training budgets in place
- 13TH Month discretionary bonus
- Monday to Friday role, in between trips
Role Requirements
- Good experience with 8m+ tenders
- Open to a Bosun with good longevity to step up
- Confident with passage planning and navigational watches
- Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS and safety procedures
- Positive attitude with good leadership and communication skills
