2nd Stew required for 44m MY

• We are looking for an experienced 2nd or Stew to join this 44m as their new 2nd Stew 
• Candidates will ideally have some charter experience as the yacht has had a busy charter season with repat and new clients 
• The yacht will be finishing up the Med season and remaining in the yard for winter in Europe 
• Summer 2026 will be busy charter & owner use 
• You will step up and cover the Chief Stew leave over winter for a month so candidates need to be confident in leading the team and getting work lists completed in this time 
• Historically very good with tips - split evenly amongst the crew 
• Start date - flexible - next few weeks / mid September 
• Salary 4000 EURO +/- DOE 
• Standard MLC leave
