2nd Stew required for 80+m MY 

• We are looking for an experienced 2nd to join this lovely private 80+m MY. Candidates will have 1 year in the 2nd Stew role as a minimum 
• Guest-facing position, working closely with the owners and their family, so confidence, professionalism, emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills are essential
• This is a lovely yacht, with a real family feel on board, the owners are fantastic and relaxed when on board. It's a busy program and lots of cruising with family style trips, although each trip can be different with different guests etc. There is a heavy emphasis on watersports, guest on
• Interesting itinerary with the yacht cruising Med, Caribbean & Pacific
• Great crew set up, big crew mess, crew gym and a great budget for crew activities that are centered around doing stuff vs the pub. Social crew that are fit and active, where possible they will finish early and go and play sports etc 
• Candidates will have great leadership skills as well as being a strong, solid part of the crew in its entirety
• Package:
