2nd Stew required for 90m MY 

• We are looking for a 2nd Stew to join this private 90m, Med based yacht 
• Candidates will have a solid 4 years of yachting under their belt and shown good longevity in their previous roles.
• This is a role with responsibilities - you will be the right hand to the Chief Stew, lead all family service & be running the floor when the Chief Stew is away from her post.  
• You will be good at adapting to the needs of the yacht, there will be periods when it is extremely busy and then periods when it is quieter and your role will change accordingly 
• A large part of this role is admin. You must be confident with excel as well as have experience with uniform and provisioning
• Service is predominantly plated and formal 
• Back of house is also important and you must be attention to detail orientated and be able to guide the juniors as well as delegate to the Senior Service Stew 
• Through winter (Downtime), you will be predominantly admin based 
• Start 23rd September - to finish off the season and do a handover with the exiting 2nd - before heading to France for winter
