We are looking for a polished and motivated 2nd Stewardess to join our 40m Private M/Y, operating a dual season.

• The vessel has a busy yet well-structured program, with owners who enjoy an active lifestyle onboard and a crew who work hard but know how to have fun together.
• As 2nd Stew, you will work closely with the Chief Stew to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain meticulous standards in housekeeping, laundry, and table settings.
• You will rotate through service and housekeeping duties, ensuring both areas are kept to a high standard, and will be expected to step up in the Chief Stew’s absence.
• Service: Formal and informal dining, cocktail service, wine knowledge is an advantage
• Cabin turnovers, deep cleaning, flower arranging, laundry care
• Anticipating guest needs, maintaining discretion and professionalism
• Supporting and mentoring junior interior crew when needed
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role on yachts 35m+
• Confident in both housekeeping and service, with an eye for detail
• Positive, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Salary - €5,000 is on offer
