We are currently seeking a strong and motivated 3rd Chef to join an 80m Private M/Y on a Dual Season Itinerary
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing chef looking to gain experience in a structured, high-performing galley while working alongside an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- The vessel runs to a high standard with a focus on fresh, well-executed cuisine and a professional, supportive environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in professional kitchens, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn.
- You will be assisting across all sections, supporting crew food, prep, and service, while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation.
- Previous yachting experience in a similar role or strong land-based background
- Good understanding of galley operations, hygiene, and stock control
- Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
- Ability to work well under pressure and take direction
- A package of $5,000 and 120 days leave is on offer
