We are seeking a motivated and hands-on 3rd Engineer to join a well-run 100m+ dual-season private/charter motor yacht.

• The vessel maintains a busy program and requires an engineer who is eager to grow, contribute to a professional team, and maintain high standards of safety and operation.
• EOOW unlimited ticket or Y3 minimum
• Previous experience on large yachts or commercial vessels preferred
• Sound knowledge of engineering systems, with confidence in troubleshooting
• Proactive work ethic, keen to learn, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Strong commitment to safety, preventative maintenance, and keeping the engine room in top condition
• Supporting the Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer with the day-to-day running of the engine room
• Maintaining technical logs and assisting with planned maintenance systems
• Hands-on involvement in all areas of engineering, including mechanical, electrical, AV/IT, and hydraulics
• Participation in drills and safety procedures as per ISM and vessel protocols
• You will need a B1/B2 to hand
• A package of 4,500, plus charter tips is on offer
• Time for time rotation
