We are currently searching for an experienced Sole Chef to join a busy 40m Private/Charter M/Y operating a dual season itinerary.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised chef who enjoys running a galley independently and takes pride in delivering exceptional food for both owners and charter guests
- The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable and equally passionate about producing refined guest cuisine and high quality crew meals
- The yacht is looking for someone with a strong all round repertoire, capable of producing modern Mediterranean, Asian and international cuisine, while confidently catering to a variety of dietary requirements and guest preferences
- Strong provisioning, budgeting and galley management skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and organised during busy charter periods
- Have previous experience as a Sole Chef on a similar sized motor yacht
- Be confident catering for both private use and charter guests
- Produce consistently high standards of food presentation and flavour
- Hold a valid Ships Cook Certificate.
- Be a positive, easy going team player with a proactive attitude
- Salary: $7,000 to $8,500 DOE
- You must have a B1/B2 visa as the yacht is currently in the states
- Dual season itinerary

- Leave: 60 days
