An exciting opportunity is available for a talented and adaptable Sous Chef to join a beautiful private villa in Ibiza for an 8 week summer contract.

• This is a fast paced, hands on role suited to a chef with strong Mediterranean and healthy cooking experience who enjoys working in a private household environment.
• The ideal candidate will be confident preparing fresh, high quality meals for owners and guests, ranging from relaxed family style lunches to refined evening dining.
• You will work closely with the Head Chef and be comfortable assisting with provisioning, kitchen organisation, and maintaining high standards throughout the season.
• The role requires someone positive, professional, discreet, and able to thrive in a busy summer setting.
• 8 week temporary contract in Ibiza

• Previous villa, yacht, chalet, or high end hospitality experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and healthy cuisine
• Organised and clean working style
