We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious 80m Private/Charter Motor Yacht with an exciting dual season itinerary.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who has built a strong foundation in high end restaurants before transitioning into the yachting industry
- Working alongside an experienced Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional cuisine for both owners and charter guests while maintaining consistently high standards throughout a busy programme
- The ideal candidate will have a refined cooking style, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for producing outstanding food
- You should be confident across a variety of cuisines, adaptable to guest preferences and dietary requirements, and enjoy working as part of a professional galley team in a fast paced environment
- Have previous experience as a Sous Chef on a large M/Y
- Have a solid background in high end or Michelin level restaurants prior to yachting
- Be confident producing refined à la carte cuisine across a range of international styles
- Work well under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards
- Be organised, proactive and a strong team player
- Hold a valid B1/B2 Visa (essential).
