Our client, a boutique private equity firm in Dallas is looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, unstructured environment and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly. As their team is growing they are looking to welcome a new person who can be the professional presence at their front desk.
Reporting to the Vice President , this junior-level position blends administration, reception, and marketing support. You’ll be the first face visitors see, a key point of contact for their partners, and a vital part of their internal operations.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations and external communications with partners
- Maintain and update their database
- Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with scheduling/calendar management
- Support the VP during busy periods, anticipating needs and keeping things organized
- Assist with marketing initiatives and annual investment meeting planning
- Contribute to budgeting and financial analysis (if you have the experience)
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (no degree required)
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and contributes ideas
- Strong communication skills — comfortable asking questions and collaborating
- Professional, energetic, and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to adapt in an unstructured environment
- Bonus points for budgeting or financial analysis skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000
- Annual bonus eligibility
