Bosun required for a 40m Private M/Y with a busy fishing program.
- The vessel operates a dual season itinerary between the Med and Caribbean
- Strong knowledge of fishing operations, including setup, maintenance, and guest assistance during trips
- Proven experience in a Bosun role on similar-sized vessels
- Excellent tender driving and watersports skills
- A solid understanding of deck maintenance and team leadership
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with good communication and organisational skill
- B1/B2 is essential
- $5,0000 is on offer with an increase after probation
