• Well, run program with a well known Captain, excellent working environment, sporty and active team and a fantastic owner!

• Looking for an experienced Bosun or lead hand coming from a large yacht who can hit the ground running

• Strong leadership skills, organised, able to run the team to high standards and oversee all deck operations and deck inventories

• Med/Caribbean Cruising

• Emphasis on diving, fishing onboard and a lot of guest interaction. You need to have a solid character and be confident in front of the owner whilst not overstepping the mark!

• Ideally working towards OOW 3000

• Active team, love team sports, diving excursions and a really positive vibe onboard

• On offer is a salary of up to 6000 USD DOE and how far along you are with OOW Studies. 2:2 rotational role! Amazing bonus and training structure in place
