Role Overview
Yacht Size: 80m+ M/Y
Start Date: ASAP
Leave: 90 days – rising to 120 days after 1 year
Compensation: €4500-5000 Euros DOE
Qualifications: Yachtmaster – working towards OOW
Visa Requirements: B1/B2 not essential
Location: Europe (Dual Season) – Med & Caribbean
Yacht & Crew Profile
- Prestigious 80m+ yacht with longstanding Captains and HOD’s
- Winter cruising - Caribbean – plans to cruise further afield in the next year
- Based in Spain currently – Short Caribbean season inbound – Mixture of private and charter usage, mainly private
- Total deck team of 6
- Established deck team with good longevity and a mix of experience
- Salary 4500-5000 Euros DOE, 90 days leave (taken as and when with as much structure as possible), equal split of tips, discretionary 13th month bonus – leave rising to 120 days after 1 year
Role Requirements
- Yachtmaster – working towards OOW
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as Bosun on 60m plus vessels
- Strong tender driver – experience driving twin screw tenders up to 12m
- Strong eye for detail with excellent guest interaction skills
- Confident in running the deck team, good maintenance and operational knowledge/experience required
