  • 80m Dual season Private/Charter yacht are seeking a rotational Bosun to join mid July 2026

 

  • Incredible opportunity for an experience bosun looking to find a long term yacht and somewhere that offers you a rotation with a solid work/life balance

 

  • They are looking for a top Bosun with experience on similar size of slightly smaller yachts, confident with running a big team and able to guide in all areas on deck as well as being a confident tender driver

 

  • Attidue and character is key for this role and they want someone who will naturally lead the guys from the front with a fair leadership style

 

  • Happy to consider someone working towards OOW but not too far along.. a few modules would be great

 

  • Excellent long standing senior team, great owner and a yacht that runs with high standards

 

  • Mostly private cruising with the odd charter during the Med season – cruising Italy, France and Adriatic

 

  • On offer is a package consisting of 2:2 rotation – 13th month bonus, 5500 USD salary along with a good training budget towards courses
