Butler – Private Villa, St Tropez (Seasonal: June–October)
We are seeking an exceptional Butler to join a prestigious private villa in Saint-Tropez for the summer season.
This is a rare opportunity for a polished hospitality professional — ideally from a superyacht (Chief Stew / 2nd Stew) or luxury private household background — to deliver seamless, intuitive service within a refined and discreet environment.
The Role
Working within a small, high-performing team, you will take ownership of all front-of-house service and interior standards, ensuring the villa operates to the highest level at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable food & beverage service (formal and informal)
- Maintain exceptional interior presentation across all living spaces
- Provide a highly personalised, anticipatory service to principals and guests
- Manage day-to-day concierge requests (restaurants, transport, experiences)
- Support with household organisation and guest readiness
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth, discreet operation
Candidate Profile
- Background as a Chief Stew or strong 2nd Stew on a private yacht or within a UHNW household
- Naturally polished, calm and detail-oriented
- Confident in high-end service etiquette and guest interaction
- Strong organisation and multitasking ability
- Discreet, loyal, and emotionally intelligent
- Fluent English (additional languages a bonus)
Package
- €4,000 – €4,500 per month (net)

- Seasonal contract: June – October (4 months)
