We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Captain/Engineer for a 22m Private M/Y, permanently East-Med based

• This is a private program for an owner who enjoys time on the water rather than dock life.
• The ideal candidate will be practical, safety-driven, and genuinely passionate about boating and fishing.
• Overall command and safe operation of the vessel
• East Med cruising
• Managing and participating in fishing activities
• Vessel maintenance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• Owner liaison and itinerary planning
• Hands-on involvement in daily operations
• Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore / Master 200GT (higher tickets advantageous)
• Y4 engineer ticket or AEC 1&2 with experience
• Previous experience as Captain on vessels 20–25m
• Strong fishing knowledge and enthusiasm
• Comfortable working single-handed or with minimal crew
• Professional, calm, and owner-focused
• A salary of up to €8,500 is on offer
• 60 days leave
