We are seeking an experienced and motivated Captain to take command of a brand-new 32m New Build MY launching in June 2026.

• The successful candidate will be a hands-on, professional Captain with proven experience running a similar-sized motor yacht.
• You will oversee the final shipyard period, delivery process, crew recruitment, ISM setup where applicable, budgeting, and the implementation of operational procedures and onboard standards from the outset.
• Strong Mediterranean cruising knowledge
• Opportunity to build your own crew 
• New build experience is essential
• MCA Master 500gt ticket as a minimum
• Proven command experience on 30m+ motor yachts
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience
• High standards of maintenance and presentation
• A generous salary is on offer, depending on experience and what you bring to the table
• Leave: 60 days
