We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain and Chief Stewardess couple to join a busy 35m private/charter motor yacht operating a dual season program (Mediterranean and Caribbean).

Captain:

• Minimum Master 500 ticket preferred, though a strong Chief Officer looking to step up will also be considered
• Solid charter background with proven guest management and itinerary planning skills
• Confident in handling, navigation, and overseeing maintenance and compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to foster a positive and motivated crew environment
• Previous new build or refit experience is advantageous
• A salary of €8k-€10k DOE is on offer with 60 days leave 

Chief Stewardess:

• Experienced in leading an interior team on busy charter yachts within a similar size range
• Skilled in all aspects of service, housekeeping, and guest relations
• High attention to detail with the ability to create a warm, professional atmosphere on board
• Confident in provisioning, inventories, and guest preference management
• A creative and proactive approach to guest service and event planning
• A salary of €6,000 with 60 days leave is on offer
