We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Captain/Engineer for a 20m New Build Private M/Y, Dual Season Med/Dubai

• The vessel is due for delivery shortly, and the successful candidate will play a key role in final fit-out, setup, and ongoing operations.
• Oversee vessel commissioning and handover from the shipyard
• The yacht is part of a small fleet of larger yachts based in both the Med and UAE
• Manage all aspects of yacht operations including navigation, maintenance, and safety compliance
• Liaise with shipyard, contractors, and management during setup phase
• Maintain excellent presentation of the yacht at all times
• Handle budgets, provisioning, and local logistics
• Ensure a high standard of service and safety for the owner and guests
• Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore and AEC 1&2 ticket
• Previous experience as Captain on yachts 18–25m
• Strong technical understanding and maintenance ability
• Good knowledge of local UAE cruising areas is essential
• Open to couples 
• A package of €6,000 plus 60 days is on offer
