Sales Assistant - Yacht Brokerage

Fluent Italian & English | €3,500–€5,000 gross per month

We are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to support a busy Senior Sales Broker within a leading international yacht brokerage.

This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring someone who understands the yacht sales process, communicates confidently with clients and can keep multiple priorities moving smoothly.

Key requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience supporting yacht sales brokers
• Strong knowledge of the yachting industry
• Fluent Italian and English
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce would be advantageous

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day sales, client and administrative support to a Senior Broker, including regular communication with Italian-speaking clients.

Salary: €3,500–€5,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
