Chief Commercial Officer / Chief Commercial Executive

We are now building a commercial function that can meet this explosive growth, beginning with one business and expanding across the other group companies.
The role in brief:
The CCO/CCE will design and lead the commercial engine for the company, before rolling out commercial frameworks, growth strategies, and cross-selling systems across the wider group.
This role demands someone who works best with freedom, ownership, and creative control - someone who is more effective when left to operate in the way they know works, rather than in the way they’re instructed.

What we need you to do:
Phase 1
• Build and execute a modern commercial strategy targeting next-gen UHNW and crypto-native clients.
• Drive revenue growth, partnerships, and high-value deal structures.
• Design digital and crypto-friendly acquisition pathways.
• Lead key relationships with global young billionaires, founders, and influential clients.
Phase 2 – Group Expansion
• Create a unified commercial playbook for the other group companies.
• Build a seamless cross-selling ecosystem across all brands.
• Standardise pricing, CRM processes, onboarding flows, and commercial governance.
• Establish group-level partnerships across luxury, tech, aviation, crypto, and experiential sectors.
About you:
• Experience in senior commercial leadership: Commercial Director, VP Commercial, BD Lead, CCO/CCE.
• Background in Superyachts, luxury, marine, aviation, crypto, tech, or UHNW services.
• Proven builder who can scale revenue from the ground up.
• Comfortable working independently without instruction—self-directed, decisive, entrepreneurial.
• Able to communicate confidently with UHNW individuals and fast-moving clients.
• Digitally literate, crypto-aware, energetic, creative, and commercially bold.
