Our client, a prominent Family Office is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff / COO to support the CEO. This is a high-level, strategic role focused exclusively on personal matters, not business operations. The successful candidate will serve as the CEO’s trusted right hand, overseeing lifestyle management, residences, travel, and global logistics with discretion and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the CEO’s senior advisor and operations lead for all personal affairs.
Oversee and manage multiple luxury residences, including staff, upkeep, and vendor relationships.
Lead property acquisitions and negotiations, ensuring smooth transactions and strategic decision-making.
Coordinate private aviation, yacht, and global travel logistics with efficiency and confidentiality.
Anticipate and manage complex schedules, priorities, and household operations across time zones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, service providers, and advisors.
Serve as the central point of coordination for the CEO’s personal commitments, ensuring seamless execution.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Director of Residences, Estate Manager, or in a comparable senior lifestyle management role.
Strong background in real estate transactions, property oversight, and vendor negotiations.
Exceptional ability to manage private aviation and international travel logistics.
A strategic thinker with outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
Highly adaptable, discreet, and able to operate in fast-paced, complex, and global environments.
Willingness to travel extensively and work across multiple time zones.
