Chief of Staff – High-Growth Financial Services

Location: Remote

I’m working with an exceptional, fast-scaling financial services business that is looking for a Chief of staff to support the CEO.  This is a rare chance to step into a Chief of Staff role that will place you at the heart of the business, working directly with a visionary leader to drive strategy, execution, and operational excellence.

The Role

Partner with the CEO on high-impact priorities, from M&A diligence to strategic growth projects.

Coordinate and run executive operations — agendas, leadership meetings, action tracking, and follow-up.

Support investor updates, board communications, and company-wide messaging.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing context and insight to guide decision-making.

Foster alignment across the senior leadership team and help scale the company’s operating model.

What They’re Looking For

7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operational leadership.

Strong background in fintech, wealth management, or financial services.

Experience working closely with, or as part of, an executive leadership team.

Excellent communication skills, with strong executive presence.

Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have:

MBA or advanced degree.

Experience supporting a founder or CEO in a scaling business.

Investor relations or board communication experience.
