Chief Officer - 40m - Charter

  • 40m Dual season Motor yacht are looking for a Chief mate to join early to Mid March 2026

 

  • Must hold OOW 3000 and B1/B2 Visa

 

  • Med/Caribbean cruising – 5-6 charters planned over the Summer cruising the Med

 

  • Amazing owner who rewards longevity, family style boat with lots of watersports

 

  • Must be confident holding your own navigational watch – the role will be mostly deck based running the deck team and daily operations but will be involved in bridge watches and admin

 

  • Open to Male and Female candidates

 

  • AEC and PWC instructor would be advantageous

 

  • Happy to consider someone coming from a larger yacht as 2nd officer looking to make a step up or a chief mate from similar size yacht with experience

 

  • On offer is a package of 7500 USD, 38 days leave, as much time off is given for crew to have downtime and explore, lots of weekends where possible. Training and Bonus scheme currently being discussed with owner
