Chief Officer- 45m - Private/Charter - Single Season

45m (499gt) Single Season Private/Charter yacht are looking for a Chief officer to join them by the end of August - The sooner the better for a handover period with outbound CO
Fantastic opportunity for an established 2^nd officer coming from larger yachts looking to make a step up to Chief officer – also open to experienced C/O’s coming from similar size yachts
CM 3000 preferred – would consider an OOW 3000 if very strong experience
Med cruising during the Summers with a mixture of owner and Charter usage
Great owner, solid budgets and a nice crew dynamic onboard
Winters are usually spent in Barcelona – they will be in BCN from October to April this year
Must be able to drive large tenders – they run with a 50f tender which you need to be confident driving with guests
Strong leadership abilities and keen to lead the team from the front and lead by example
Good captain who is looking for a supportive Chief Officer who he can rely on
Good crew facilities including a fantastic large crew gym onboard. Sporty team with interests in Golf and team days out
On offer is a salary of 7500 USD, rising to up to 8000 USD after successful probation, 120 days leave, taken as and when, usually during Winter months (October to April), two additional bonuses a year (13^th and 14^th month), even split of any tips from charters – full package TBD during initial calls
