Incredible opportunity to join a Prestigious World cruising 60m Sail yacht where they are looking for an established Sailor to join them as Chief Officer
Start date Flexible – happy to wait for the right person!
This is a once in a lifetime program with an extremely exciting world itinerary including New Zealand, South Pacific, Japan and Indonesia in the coming year
They are looking for an experienced Sailor with large sail yacht background and a good understanding of big rigging and sail operations – you need to know your stuff!
Longstanding senior crew with amazing longevity across the yacht
OOW 3000 required as minimum along with a B1/B2 Visa
Personality is key with this role as there is a lot of interaction with the owners and guests. Amazing owner who looks after the crew incredibly and with some crew having worked with the owner for the past 15+ years!
Busy operation with lots of sailing, big crossings, remote cruising and plenty of dive operations – if you hold Dive tickets this would be advantageous
Deck team of 2 including Bosun and deckhand and an onboard team of 10 when the owner is onboard
Outstanding Captains who are very experienced sailors and have been with the program since launch
They are looking for an impressive sailor with large sail yacht background confident in all aspects of bridge and deck duties as well as being a standout character who will liaise with the owner heavily
On offer is a good salary range of 7300+ Euros upwards DOE and tickets held, 4:2 rotation, there are also additional bonus perks which will be discussed during initial calls
