Location: Europe (Dual Season) – Med & Caribbean

Yacht & Crew Profile

• Prestigious 80m+ yacht with longstanding Captains and HOD’s
• Winter cruising to include Caribbean/USA/Bahamas - Mixture of Private and Charter usage
• 8 weeks of Charter on average across the year
• Heavy owner usage alongside charters with a good rotation of guests and a variety of operations – this is a busy yacht with lots of movement and watersports
• Lots of sea time accrued and plenty of opportunity to gain drive time with the support of the longstanding Captain
• Total deck team of 9
• Single Cabin, 8k Euros DOE, equal share of tips, yearly increase on salary, economy flights

Role Requirements

• CM 3000 min – Working towards Master 3000 would be advantageous
• B1/B2 Visa in hand
• Looking for an experienced Chief officer with 2+ years on similar size or slightly smaller vessels – Charter experience would be advantageous
• Confident in running a large deck team (total of 9 including officers)
• Organised, diligent and with a good knowledge of ISM
