Yacht & Crew Profile
· Large Private/Charter motor yacht are seeking a chief officer to join them Mid November onwards – some flexibility for the right candidate
· Must hold CM 3000
· Looking for an experienced Chief with 1 years’ experience on similar size yachts. Will also consider a very strong and experienced 2nd officer coming from larger yachts ready to make a step up!
· Excellent work/life balance with amazing long standing deck team and a tight knit culture
· Exciting and interesting cruising upcoming in 2027
· Looking for a reliable, professional and driven officer who the captains can confidently rely and lean on when needed!
· Strong leadership experience, confident with both bridge duties and able to run the deck team leading from the front
· Mixture of Private & Charter usage with confirmed Charters for the Winter period
· Salary industry standard, TBD during initial calls, even split of tips, annual bonus – full package TBD during screening calls
