We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Officer to join a 50m private new build motor yacht ahead of her first Mediterranean season.

• The vessel is in the final build stages and will operate privately with a busy owner usage expected. Yacht is set to be delivered in February 2026
• Previous experience as Chief Officer or strong 2nd stepping up on yachts 40m+
• Ideal opportunity for a professional and proactive Chief Officer who enjoys taking ownership of deck operations and supporting the Captain through a new build completion and first season.
• Experienced yacht owner
• OOW 3000GT or higher qualification essential
• Confident in bridge management, navigation, and ISM/ISPS procedures
• Strong deck maintenance and tender handling skills
• Hands-on leader with excellent communication and management abilities
• Experience with new build or vessel setup advantageous
