Chief Stew required for large SY 

• We are looking for an established Chief Stew to join this beautiful large SY as their new Chief Stew
• The yacht has undergone a large refit and you would be joining at the tail end of this refit, yard/refit experience would be beneficial
• This will be a hands on Chief Stew role. You will be very involved in service and day to day with the owners
• Service on board will be varied but not a huge emphasis on elaborate table decorations etc 
• Attention to detail is crucial! This is a real focus of the owners and something that must be fostered from the start and then relayed to your team 
• In the final refit stages you will be instrumental in re-writing SOP, alongside the other Chief Stew. Working closely with her to set up the interior and doing the recruitment
• There will be some admin responsibilities within the role as there is no Purser on board 
• Interior team of 5, maximum 10 guests 
• Excellent, kind owners! 
• Salary DOE 8000-8500+ USD 
• Start October 1st
