- Looking for a Chief Stew that wants to build a relationship with her opposite. The previous Chief was on board for 4 years and so it's important that their is a collaborative relationship between the 2 Chief Stew and they work together to make it seamless for the team
- Charter experience would be preferred and a candidate with charter ideas for themed nights etc
