Chief Stew required for 50m MY Private & charter MY 

• We are looking for an experienced Chief Stew to join this lovely 50m MY 
• English speaking owners, this is their first yacht. They enjoy silver service and so a candidate with a strong service background is important 
• It's also important to be a good listener and communicator. The Boss will share their thoughts on what they like / don't like (this is a positive!) so you need to be able to adapt accordingly
• Someone that is kind, nurturing of their team is essential. You don't have to be the most experienced Chief Stew but a true team player and to enjoy your job is essential 
• The yacht will be based in Barcelona for winter and there will be a lot of opportunity then to start making changes to the SOP etc, re-build some admin, do extensive training 
• Great Captain on board 
• The yacht has done a few charters this season around the owner trips. This is something the owners are keen to continue into summer next year 
• Start ASAP
