Chief Stew required for 55m, recently purchased yacht 

• This is an incredible opportunity to join a yacht where you can really put your mark on your interior 
• You will manage an interior team of 4 - and part of these next few steps will be recruiting your team too 
• You will need to set up the interior, everything from uniform (this needs to be started from scratch), pantries, all SOP, inventories etc etc - New build experience would be a huge bonus! 
• US owners that are great! They are looking for a Chief Stew that can wow their guests, whether this is a tasting menu with wine pairing or a BBQ on the beach! 
• The Boss is into wine & cigars so knowledge of this too would be useful 
• The yacht will be in the yard for the next few months and then a little unknown where their first trip will be! Could be northern Europe, could be Bahamas! 
• Excellent crew on board and looking to continue that with the new hires. There will be an emphasis on board for wellness, fun, activities for the crew when they can, early finish Fridays etc 
• Start date ASAP in Europe
