Yacht & Crew Profile

• Private yacht with fantastic EU owners
• High profile 80+m MY with excellent longevity in HOD roles
• Cruising Caribbean for winter, before returning to the Med for summer 2027
• Great crew on board with a real family vibe. Excellent crew facilities, a large mess, lounge, gym and designated outside space, specifically for crew
• Running an interior team of 8
• Single cabin, but not guaranteed 100% of the time
• 13^TH month bonus and a discretionary training budget for courses that benefit the yacht/owners

Role Requirements

• Looking for a candidate with previous Chief Stew experience
• There is a 2^nd Stew that runs service so your role is very guest facing, but in a more managerial role and working closely with Madam
• Various admin aspects to this role and project management, computer skills are essential
