Chief Stew required for 90m Private & charter MY
- We are looking for an experience, well established Chief Stew to join this lovely large yacht
- Candidates will have a few years Chief Stew experience and ideally a couple of years longevity in the role on something 75m+
- This is a great, high profile yacht with excellent longevity in the Senior roles on board. The current Chief Stews have been on board 2/3 years
- Interior team of 9 on board, with the team split into hk & service with a separate Laundry Master
- As Chief Stew, your role will be an overseeing one, the HOS takes the lead in service, with you supporting and being in a more guest liaising role, assisting with service when required
- You will be the go-to person on the interior, so you will be a nurturing leader and have an 'open door' policy
- One of your duties will be overseeing the Spa and all bookings - this can be very busy on charter
- Admin - you will be responsible for interior accounts, purchase orders and overseeing other admin from the HOS/HOH etc
- All wine orders fall on you, with the HOS and HOH responsible for other areas of provisioning
- Start mid November in Caribbean - B1 required - Antigua Yacht Show and then on for charters
- Salary 8500 USD
