• Dual season itinerary with summers in the Med and winters in the Caribbean
• Crew are healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Social group in their downtime

Role Requirements

• Ideally around 3 years experience as Chief Stew, with a strong understanding of the role and the ability to lead a team confidently
• A positive, bubbly and approachable individual who leads with kindness, positivity and professionalism
• Excellent wine knowledge is highly desirable, as the owners are particularly passionate. WSET qualifications would be a bonus
• Confidence delivering a variety of service styles, adapting to the owners preferences and occasions
