Compensation: €7,500+ DOE, 13th month and annual pay review

Yacht & Crew Profile
- 70m MY is looking for a new Chief Stew to lead their interior team
- Private and charter yacht running a busy dual-season programme, with back-to-back charters from May and repeat clients already rebooking for next year
- Lovely, very interactive owners who use the boat at the start and end of the season and for family trips during school holidays
- Refitted in 2023 with full exterior and interior paint and a lot of interior refurbishment, including the crew areas
- 22 crew on board, with very good longevity among the Captain and HoDs
- Fit, active and social crew. The Captain organises sports twice a week and there are weekly crew socials
- Fantastic crew gym, including Peloton bikes and weights - refitted a couple of years ago
- Full share of charter tips

The Role
- Leading an interior team of 8 on a busy charter and owner programme
- The team is close and works really well together, so we're looking for a kind, fun and nurturing leader who will support and develop the existing team
- Future plans include a Caribbean crossing next winter
Role Requirements
- Previous Chief Stew experience with proven longevity in past roles on a similar size yacht OR 2nd Stew experience on something 90m +
- A calm, supportive management style and strong people skills
- Experience of a busy charter programme is a bonus
