Compensation: €7,000 per month DOE + 13th month
Qualifications: STCW & ENG1 in date

Yacht & Crew Profile
- 75m MY is looking for a new Chief Stew to lead their interior team
- Private and charter yacht with a relaxed programme – approx. 5 weeks of owner use per year
- Currently in Europe, crossing to the Caribbean for the winter. Cruising Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, the Caribbean and the US before crossing back to the Med
- Yard period planned for winter 2027
- Interior team of 6 (9 in total with rotations) – Chief, 2nd, Lead Service and Stews all on rotation
- Great, very social crew with good longevity among the Captain and HoDs
- Single cabin
- Training budget - discretionary
The Role
- A traditional, hands-on Chief Stew role – predominantly service and very guest facing when the owners are on board
- Service is relaxed and easy-going, with lots of family-style dining, especially with the family
- Owners enjoy beautiful table décor, wine and cocktails, so there is plenty of scope to be creative
- Some admin, including interior accounts on Centrip
- The 2nd Stews are experienced and keen for more responsibility, so there is a great opportunity to delegate and develop them
- Looking for a kind, hard-working leader who will nurture the team and encourage them to be the best they can be
Role Requirements
- Previous Chief Stew experience with a hands-on approach
- Someone who genuinely enjoys service and is confident front of house
- Good general wine and cocktail knowledge, and an eye for table décor
- A nurturing, supportive leader who is happy to delegate and develop the team
- Comfortable with interior admin – Centrip experience is a bonus
