Client Accounts Manager

Role Overview
The Client Accounts Manager is responsible for the financial administration of a portfolio of managed superyachts.

Working closely with Yacht Managers, Captains, and Owners’ representatives, the role ensures accurate financial management, clear reporting, and efficient
handling of yacht-related expenditure. The position requires strong financial oversight, discretion, and a client-focused approach in supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the accounts for an assigned portfolio of managed yachts.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for Owners and their representatives.
• Monitor yacht budgets, expenditure, and cash flow, highlighting variances where
necessary.
• Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash.
• Support Captains with financial procedures and ensure accurate onboard accounting
where required.
• Work closely with Yacht Managers to align financial management with operational
needs.
• Assist with annual budgeting and financial planning for each yacht.
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and maintain confidentiality in
handling client funds.

Skills & Experience
• Experience in accounting, finance, or client accounts management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Captains, Owners, and colleagues.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach.
Desirable
• Experience in the superyacht, maritime, or luxury asset management sectors.
• Additional language skills, particularly French.
