- Dual season itinerary – No B1/B2 required
- Nice social crew, with good longevity on board (Very much a “No Ego” vessel)
- A good amount of Autonomy in the galley
- Incredible crew food. Focus on healthy, clean eating with a generous budget
Role Requirements
- Previous experience as a Crew Chef or good land-based background
- Seamless support of the head chef when they are on board.
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
- A positive, team focused attitude with a genuine passion for good food
- Cooking fresh, balanced and varied meals for the crew
- Managing provisioning and galley stock
- Keeping the galley clean, organised and running efficiently
- Catering to different dietary requirements and preferences
