Crew HR Coordinator
Location: Monaco (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day remote)
My client is looking for a Crew HR Coordinator to join our team in Monaco — someone who’s already made their start in HR and is ready to step into a role with more responsibility, ownership, and variety.
In this position, you'll support the full HR lifecycle for crew across a fleet of managed yachts. That means managing contracts and documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting payroll, and helping ensure compliance with maritime and employment regulations. You'll also assist with recruitment and contribute to HR projects as we continue to improve our systems and processes.
What you’ll be doing:

Administering contracts, maintaining employee records, and handling HR documentation

Ensuring crew compliance with relevant certifications, regulations, and legal requirements

Coordinating crew onboarding and offboarding

Assisting with payroll data preparation

Supporting recruitment (job ads, screening, interviews)

Contributing to internal HR projects and policy updates

Applying and upholding policies and systems
What you’ll bring:

2–4 years of generalist HR experience, ideally within Monaco or the South of France

Familiarity with MLC regulations and crew qualifications

Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing records and documentation

Comfortable juggling priorities and working to deadlines

(ideally) fluent in both English and French
