A well-established 45m charter M/Y is seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand.

• This is a dual-season vessel with a consistently busy program, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced guest environment and an active role on deck.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• The crew are a fit and active crew, when off the boat
• Confident tender driving skills and confidence with guest operations
• Good knowledge of deck maintenance, watersports setups, and daily exterior routines
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with charter guests
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
• PWC Instructor, diving, or watersports qualifications are an advantage
• Busy charter schedule with strong tips
• Supportive, experienced crew and an upbeat onboard culture

• B1/B2 is essential
