Compensation: €3,200 - €3,800 DOE
Qualifications: Yachtmaster essential, PWC preferred
Visa Requirements: B1/B2 & Schengen
Location: Mediterranean and Caribbean (Dual Season)
Yacht & Crew Profile
- Prestigious 80m+ yacht with excellent Captains / HOD’s
- Winter plan is to cross over to the Caribbean and US for a charter period.
- The owners are very friendly and are very receptive to HOD suggestions.
- The vessel is relatively new, and of a very prestigious build and therefore in excellent condition.
- Crew is healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Often have some downtime to go running, paddleboarding, and crew dinners
- Generous owners who look after the crew well, with good stability and longevity across all departments
- Incredible crew food. Focus on healthy, clean eating with a generous budget
- 13TH Month Bonus and training budget will be available
Role Requirements
- Yachtmaster is essential
- A motivated and hardworking Deckhand with a can-do attitude
- PWC is preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of prior experience with good longevity onboard
