Yacht & Crew Profile

• Prestigious 120m+ yacht with excellent Captains / HOD’s. Very well-run vessel.
• Winter plan is to cross to the Caribbean around mid-November.
• Crew is a very well-oiled team with a structured work plan so that the crew is well rested throughout the season. The cabins are also generously sized.
•  Healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Often have some downtime to go running, paddleboarding, and crew dinners
• Generous owners who look after the crew well, with good stability and longevity across all departments. 
• Incredible crew food. Focus on healthy, clean eating with a generous budget

Role Requirements

• Yachtmaster is essential
• A motivated and hardworking Deckhand with a can-do attitude
• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience with good longevity onboard
• Additional skills are appreciated
