• . Winter plan is to cross to the Caribbean and deliver high-end charters with repeat guests.
• Crew is healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Often have some downtime to go running, paddleboarding, and crew dinners

Role Requirements

• Yachtmaster is highly beneficial
• A motivated and hardworking Deckhand with a can-do attitude
• Minimum 1+ years of prior experience with good longevity onboard
• PWC licence beneficial
