Compensation: $3,800 - $4,200 DOE
Qualifications: Yacht Master or Navigational Watch Rating
Visa Requirements: B1/B2 & Schengen
Location: Mediterranean (Dual Season)
 

Yacht & Crew Profile

• Prestigious 100m+ yacht with excellent Captains / HOD’s
• Winter plan is to cross to Tahiti and the South Pacific area
• Crew are healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Often have some downtime to go running, paddleboarding, and crew dinners
• Generous owners who look after the crew well, with good stability and longevity across all departments
• Incredible crew food. Focus on healthy, clean eating with a generous budget
• 2 bonuses a year, each is equal to a monthly salary.
• Up to $3,500 in training budget.

Role Requirements

• Yachtmaster is highly beneficial
• A motivated and hardworking Deckhand with a can-do attitude
• Minimum 1+ years of prior experience with good longevity onboard
